1. Why did you decide to pursue a dual Bachelor’s degree at our company? What did you find particularly appealing?
A dual Bachelor’s degree makes it possible to do a degree that has close links to industry, giving you the chance to put what you have learned into practice at an early stage at the cooperating company. I decided to study industrial engineering because it is varied and allows me to learn the fundamentals in both technical and commercial disciplines. I liked Marquard & Bahls because it is an internationally oriented company and has also already been involved in the area of renewable energies for several years.

2. What do you like most about your traineeship at our company? Is there anything in particular that you notice?
Marquard & Bahls has a variety of specialist areas, offering a lot of different impressions and experience. For industrial engineering graduates especially, the company provides a lot of opportunities to explore the interface between commercial and technical fields. By working in the various subsidiaries in Germany and abroad, it is also possible to familiarize yourself with unalike mentalities and cultures.

3. In your opinion, what is particularly important for the success of your training? What would you do differently?
I think that challenging tasks as well as assignments abroad are vital for the success of my training. These are things that Marquard & Bahls offers me. As a result, I am very satisfied with my dual Bachelor’s degree so far and I think I made the right decision.
